Terms of service

Effective date: July 19, 2026

These terms govern your use of razo.ar (the "service"), operated from Argentina. By creating an account you agree to them. The open-source razo framework is licensed separately under MIT and is not covered by these terms.

The service

razo.ar stores test artifacts uploaded from your CI, renders them as narrated run histories, computes quality metrics, and produces AI-assisted failure analyses. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

Plans and limits

Limits may be adjusted with notice; we will not reduce what an active paid subscription already includes during its current billing period.

Payments, cancellation and refunds

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period. If the service does not work for you, we offer a full refund on your first subscription payment within 14 days of purchase — email mfelombardo@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store data you have no right to process, attempt to access other tenants' data, disrupt the service, or resell it. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your data

Your test data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for not uploading secrets or personal data of third parties inside test artifacts.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your data is deleted per the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
