Privacy policy

razo.ar ("razo", "we") is operated from Argentina. This policy describes what personal data we process when you use the hosted service, and why. The open-source framework itself runs entirely on your machines and sends us nothing.
What we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with GitHub we receive your GitHub username, display name, email address and avatar. We use them to create and operate your account. We never see your GitHub password.
- Test data you upload — when your CI runs
razo-upload, we store the test artifacts you send: test names, file names, pass/fail status, durations, narrated steps and error messages. This data belongs to you. - Billing data — payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We never receive or store card numbers; we store only your subscription status.
- Nothing else. We use a single session cookie for authentication. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
How we use it
To operate the service: authenticate you, store and display your test runs, compute quality metrics, and — when you request it or a failed test is analyzed — send the relevant test artifact to our AI provider to produce a failure analysis. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

Retention
- Free plan: test runs are retained for 30 days.
- Pro plan: test runs are retained while your account is active.
- Deleting a project permanently deletes its runs, reports and analyses.
- Account data is deleted when your account is deleted.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. Deleting a project from its Settings tab removes its data immediately. For account deletion or any other request, email mfelombardo@gmail.com and we will act within 30 days.
Changes
We will update this page when the policy changes and adjust the effective date above.
